We recommend several hotels in St Remy.
They both offer good service, friendly staff and all the amenities
you need as well as being close enough to the town centre
for a gentle stroll home..
Residence Les Sources
Right over the road from our office, the
residence offers simple but attractive accomodation
for a very good price.
Recently upgraded, with a large garden,
nice swimming complex (the one we cool off in) and air-conditioned
two room appartments, it offers everything you need
for a sunny south of France break.

Hotel de Soleil
A short 300 yard walk
from the hustle and bustle of the main street of St
Remy, The Hotel de Soleil is an oasis of calm. Set
around a private courtyard with its beautiful patio
and pool, the hotel is comfy and inviting.
The view from the
back yard!

Hotel Gounod St Remy
Right in the middle of town,
the Gounod is situated on the edge of the market square,
just a few yards a whole range of cafes and restaurants.
Now in its second year of new ownership the Gounod is a
wonderful mix of sights and smells with its tea rooms on
the ground floor and totally individual bedrooms.
Although in the centre of
town it is calm and has a pool in the enclosed garden at
the rear.
The terrace of the Gounod - afternoon
tea
in style. I'll take the orange cake, please..

Hotel Les Ateliers de l'Image
* * * *
When you look at the
picture its hard to believe that this hotel is right
on the main street of St Remy. Add that to a Bang
&Olufsen stereo in the lobby and more chrome and
glass than you could shake a stick at and you have
photographer Antoine Godards' idea of just what a
hotel should be.
The photography theme
runs deep in the conversion of the towns old music
hall into the main bar and restaurant area, and as
'Hip Hotels in France' points out, you have "such
as unexpected surprise: an immense modern space in
a quaint antique village" - either way its got
to be the nearest that Provence has got to Manhattan
chic.

Les Ateliers de .l'Image ..
Very posh, tres cosmopolitaine,
japanese restaurant, centre of town,
airconditioned, gorgeous gardens
If these don't take your fancy
just call for advice on the twenty-or-so other hotels in St Remy
- or maybe a more cosmopolitan stay in Avignon or Aix-en-Provence
? Whatever you decide we can arrange it for you or offer advice
and phone numbers for you to make your arrangements directly.
